Schedule display options

Overview

Display options let you control what scheduling information is shown to customers on the booking page. Options differ depending on whether your service uses the Days view or the Calendar view.

Days view display options

1. Open the app at admin.timerise.io
2. Go to Services and select a service using the Days view
3. Click the Display tab
4. Choose from the available options:
   • Show available bookings per slot — reveals remaining capacity for each time slot
   • Show hours range — displays both start and end times (e.g. 9:00–10:00) instead of only the start time
5. Click Save and set live

Calendar view display options

1. Open the app at admin.timerise.io
2. Go to Services and select a service using the Calendar view
3. Click the Display tab
4. Choose from the available options:
   • Show available bookings per day — shows remaining daily booking capacity to customers
   • Allow to select a range of dates (from–to) — lets customers book multiple consecutive days; you can set minimum and maximum range limits
5. Click Save and set live
