Rebook a service for a customer using a promo code

Overview

You can rebook a service on behalf of a customer and apply a promotional code directly from the admin app.

Steps to rebook with a promo code

1. Open the app at admin.timerise.io
2. Navigate to the Bookings section
3. Select the existing booking for the customer
4. Review the customer's details
5. Open the associated service
6. Access the service's booking page
7. Complete the booking form with the customer's information
8. Enter the promotional code in the promo code field and apply it
9. Submit the booking to confirm
