Reschedule a booking

Change the date and time of a confirmed or accepted booking using the booking confirmation page.

Overview

Customers can reschedule a confirmed or accepted booking directly from their booking confirmation page without needing to contact the host.

Steps to reschedule a booking

  1. Open the confirmation page — Use the link provided in your confirmation email or SMS.
  2. Click Reschedule — Select the "Reschedule" button on the confirmation page.
  3. Select a new date and time — Choose from the available options.
  4. Confirm the change — Click Reschedule again to finalise the new date and time.

What happens next

After rescheduling you will receive:

  • A cancellation confirmation for the original booking
  • A new booking confirmation for the rescheduled appointment

Both notifications are sent via the same channels (email and/or SMS) as the original booking.
