Add Video Meeting Link Using Spaces

Overview

This guide explains how to integrate video meeting links into Timerise by creating Spaces and connecting them to your services.

How to Add a Space

Follow these steps to create a new Space:

1. Navigate to the Timerise admin panel at https://admin.timerise.io
2. Access the Spaces section from the main navigation menu
3. Click the +Add button in the top right corner
4. Select your preferred video provider or choose "Timerise Space"
5. For external providers, paste your meeting link (static or personalized); Timerise Spaces are powered by Daily.co and auto-generate links
6. Enter a descriptive Title for your Space
7. Click Save to complete the setup

Your newly created Space will appear in your Space list.

How to Assign a Space to a Service

To link a Space with a service:

1. Open https://admin.timerise.io
2. Go to the Services section
3. Select the desired service
4. On the General Info tab, locate the Spaces dropdown
5. Choose your preferred Space

Once assigned, the link to the video call will be visible on the confirmation page and in email notifications.
