This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules that apply to everyone ("You") accessing or using the Timerise website, its Electronic Services (including the AI assistants and the AI Project Briefing), and any project environments provided by Timerise Sp. z o.o. ("Timerise", "We", "Us") during an engagement. Using our Website or Electronic Services constitutes acceptance of this AUP.
After Handover, the Client operates its Booking System independently; this AUP does not govern delivered systems, except for project environments hosted by Timerise prior to Handover.
1. Permitted Use
You may use the Website and Electronic Services to:
- Learn about Timerise’s custom booking system development services.
- Ask questions via the AI assistant chat for genuine business inquiries.
- Describe your project in the AI Project Briefing to receive an architecture blueprint and a fixed-price proposal.
- Report Website issues via the Bug Report Form.
- Review and provide feedback on project environments shared with you during an engagement.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Website, Electronic Services, or project environments to:
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities
- Commission or facilitate systems intended for activities that are illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to unlicensed financial services, controlled substances, weapons, or adult content without proper age verification.
- Provide personal data of third parties that You are not authorized to share, or otherwise cause processing of personal data in violation of GDPR or applicable privacy law.
- Engage in fraud, identity theft, or misrepresentation of your identity or business.
2.2 Abuse of the Website and Infrastructure
- Use automated scripts, bots, or AI agents to scrape the Website or its Electronic Services without explicit permission.
- Send excessive requests that degrade performance for other users (rate limits apply and are enforced).
- Attempt to circumvent authentication (including the magic-link sign-in), rate limiting, or access controls.
- Probe, scan, or attack Timerise infrastructure or project environments.
- Introduce malicious code, malware, or phishing content.
2.3 Misuse of AI Assistants
- Use the AI assistants to generate unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing content, or to attempt to extract confidential system instructions or data of other users.
- Flood the AI assistants with automated traffic or use them for purposes unrelated to Timerise’s services.
- Submit deliberately false or misleading project information to obtain proposals in bad faith.
- Train machine learning models on Timerise content or AI assistant output without a written agreement.
3. Project Environments
If Timerise provides You with access to staging, preview, or test environments during an engagement, You are responsible for:
- Using them solely for reviewing and testing the Deliverables.
- Not loading production personal data into test environments unless agreed in writing and covered by the Data Processing Agreement.
- Keeping access credentials secure and not sharing them with unauthorized third parties.
- Reporting any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
4. Security
If You discover a security vulnerability in our Website, Electronic Services, or a project environment, please report it responsibly to hello@timerise.ai before public disclosure.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If a violation is confirmed, We may take any of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning and require corrective action.
- Temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Electronic Services or project environments.
- Decline or terminate an engagement in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
- Refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Seek damages as permitted by applicable law.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify You of a violation before taking action, except where immediate action is required to protect our infrastructure, other users, or third parties.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our Website at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Website or Electronic Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
