Timerise is a senior software team. We have built booking systems for six years, for clinics, consulates, retail chains, festivals and marketplaces. Every one of them was handed over: one fixed price, code and data the client owns, no subscription and no commission.

The story

Where does Timerise come from?

We ran a booking platform for years. In 2026 we left that behind.

Before

2020
We launched a booking platform
Booking pages, an admin panel and an API that businesses used every day.
2021 to 2025
Years in production
Running it showed us where booking systems break and that the same parts come back everywhere: booking rules, calendar sync, payments, a kiosk, screens in the venue, invoicing. It also showed us what a rented system can't give a business: its own code.

2026

This year we went through an AI transformation

AI took over the repetitive code, so engineers spend their time on the logic that makes a business its own. The past is behind us.

We wrote each part down as an open Agent Skill and build every new system from those parts on the client's own stack.

What are we not willing to compromise on?

Own what is core

If booking drives your revenue, you should own the code, the data and the logic behind it. We build systems and hand them over. We never keep a key.

Owning is not operating

Owning a system never means running a server you do not want to. We deploy to your cloud and can keep it healthy for as long as you like, or hand it to your own team.

Growth must not raise the bill

No commission on bookings, no per-seat fees, no revenue share. Hosting costs track usage, not your success.

Workflows shape the system

Your rules are the specification. We model conditional availability, shared resources and local pricing instead of asking you to fit a template.

Leaving stays cheap

Standard Next.js and Node.js, full documentation, a repository in your organization. Any team can pick it up after us, and that is the point.

AI ended the trade-off

Custom used to mean slow and expensive. AI now writes the repetitive code, so engineers spend their time on the logic that makes your business yours.

The two founders lead every project: Piotr on the product, its scope and how it feels to use, Mateusz on the backend and the infrastructure it runs on. You talk to them from the first brief to the handover, together with the senior engineers who build the modules.

You talk to engineers

The people who answer your questions are the people who build your system. There are no account managers in between.

A few projects at a time

We take on a small number of builds at once so every project has senior attention from the brief to the handover.
