Overview

Timerise supports signing in with your Microsoft account (personal Microsoft accounts as well as work and school Azure AD accounts). This lets you log in without a separate password.

How to sign in with Microsoft

  1. Go to admin.timerise.io
  2. On the login screen, click Sign in with Microsoft
  3. Select or enter the Microsoft account you want to use
  4. Grant the requested permissions
  5. You will be redirected back to the Admin panel

Work and school accounts (Azure AD)

If your organization uses Microsoft 365 or Azure Active Directory, you can sign in with your work or school email. Your IT administrator may need to approve the Timerise application for your organization before first use.

Connecting Outlook Calendar

After signing in with Microsoft, you can also connect your Outlook Calendar to sync availability and bookings. See Sync Outlook Calendar for details.

Troubleshooting

"You need admin approval" message — Your Azure AD tenant requires an administrator to grant access to Timerise. Contact your IT administrator and ask them to approve the Timerise application.

Signed in with the wrong account — Sign out from the Admin panel and click "Sign in with Microsoft" again, then choose a different account.

Permissions error — Make sure you accept all the permission prompts during the Microsoft sign-in flow. If you declined permissions, try signing in again and approve them.
