Schedules, availabilities, and exceptions
Create schedules, define availability windows, and add exceptions to control exactly when customers can book your services.

Overview
A schedule must be created before it appears on your service's booking page. You can configure detailed availability windows and optionally add exceptions to block specific times.
Add availability — Days view
- Open the app at admin.timerise.io
- Navigate to Services and choose a service
- Select the Schedule tab
- Click Add Availability in the Availability section
- Configure the following fields:

| Months | Which months accept bookings |
| Days | Which days of the week are available |
| Start time | Earliest available time slot |
| End time | Cutoff time (no slots generated after this) |
| Duration | Minutes per time slot |
| Break after event | Break duration between slots (minutes) |
| Bookings per slot | Maximum concurrent bookings per slot |
| Service starts | Specific date or "Days from now" |
| Service ends | Specific date or "Never" |
| Booking window | How many days ahead customers can view availability |
- Click Save
Add availability — Calendar view
Follow steps 1–5 above. The Calendar view uses the same fields except slot Duration and Break after event, which are not applicable. Click Save when done.
Add exceptions
Exceptions block specific time ranges from your availability.
- Navigate to the service's Schedule tab
- Click Add exception in the Exceptions section
- Fill in the fields:
- Start date — the date requiring an exception
- Start time — when the exception begins
- End time — when the exception ends
- Click Add to save
