Learn how to update your Timerise profile settings, personal information, and account preferences.
What is the profile page?
Your profile contains the personal information tied to your Timerise account. Some of this data — such as your name and photo — may be visible to customers when they receive booking confirmations or interact with your booking pages, depending on how your services are configured.
How to edit your profile

Open the Timerise app — Go to admin.timerise.io and sign in, or navigate directly to admin.timerise.io/team/me.

Open the Profile section — Click your name or avatar in the navigation, or select "Team" → your own profile entry.

Update your details — Make changes to any of the available fields (see below).

Save your changes — Click the Save button in the top right corner to apply all updates.
Available profile fields
- First name and last name — Your display name used in the admin interface and in customer-facing notifications.
- Email address — The email linked to your Timerise login. This is also used for system notifications.
- Profile photo — An avatar or headshot. Where enabled, this can appear on booking pages and confirmation emails.
- Timezone — Sets the timezone used to display booking times throughout the admin interface. Important for team members in different regions.
- Language — The preferred language for your admin interface. Changing this switches the UI language for your session only; it does not affect the language shown to customers.
- Password — You can update your account password at any time (see below).
How to change your password
- Navigate to your profile page at admin.timerise.io/team/me.
- Scroll to the Password section.
- Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Save to apply the change.
If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen to receive a reset email.
What profile data do customers see?
Customers do not see your full profile. However, depending on your service configuration:
- Your name may appear in booking confirmation emails as the assigned team member.
- Your profile photo may be shown on the public booking page if your service is set up to display team member information.
- Your email is never exposed directly to customers through the booking flow.
Notes
- Each team member manages their own profile. Account owners cannot edit another member's password.
- Timezone changes affect only how times are displayed for you — they do not change the times stored for bookings.
