Overview

To synchronize bookings with Google Calendars beyond your primary connected account, use Google Calendar's subscription feature and then enable the calendar in Timerise.

Steps

  1. Connect your main Google Calendar account — see Add Google Calendar for instructions.
  2. Open Google Calendar in a browser and ensure you are logged in with the same Google account connected in step 1.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Select Add Calendar.
  5. Click Subscribe to calendar.
  6. Enter the email address of the account whose calendar should synchronise with Timerise.
  7. The account owner will receive an access request from Google — they must approve it.
  8. After approval, the subscribed calendar appears in your Google Calendar subscription list.
  9. Return to the Timerise app at admin.timerise.io.
  10. Click your Profile in the main navigation.
  11. Select the Connections tab.
  12. Verify the new Google Calendar appears in the list (note: it may take a moment to load).
  13. Enable Synchronize bookings with this calendar to push all bookings to the subscribed calendar.
  14. Enable Get availability and special days from this calendar to import events as availability data.

Result

All bookings for services hosted by the primary Google Calendar account will be transferred to the subscribed calendars. Events in subscribed calendars also contribute to service availability.
