Learn how to set up your Timerise account, create your first project, and start accepting bookings in minutes.

Welcome to Timerise

Start using Timerise in a few easy steps.

Step 1: Create your first service

A service defines what can be booked — it is the booking page your customers will use. Setting up a service is the first thing to do.

  1. Log in to admin.timerise.io
  2. Go to Services and click Add service
  3. Fill in the service name, duration, and description
  4. Click Save

Step 2: Configure project details

Once your service is created, set up your project branding and preferences.

  1. Go to your project Settings
  2. Enter a project name and upload your logo
  3. Set your timezone
  4. Click Save

Step 3: Share your booking link

Your service has a public booking page. Share it anywhere to start receiving bookings:

  • Add it to your website
  • Include it in campaigns and emails
  • Post it on social media channels
  • Generate a QR code for printed materials

Step 4: Integrate your calendar (optional)

Connect Google Calendar to block off busy times and keep your availability up to date.

Invite team members to help manage bookings and services.
