These Timerise Platform Terms & Conditions (“Platform T&C”) govern the use of Timerise’s online booking platform, available after signing in at https://timerise.io (“Platform”) and integrating the Platform with your website in accordance with Timerise Documentation.
By creating a Customer Account, accessing the Customer Portal, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these Platform T&C. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- Timerise, We, Us – Timerise Sp. z o.o., ul. Księcia Witolda 49/15, 50-202 Wrocław, Poland, e-mail: hello@timerise.ai, NIP: 8971890756.
- Website – https://timerise.io
- Customer, You – an entrepreneur over 18 years of age who creates a Customer Account and uses the Platform in connection with business activity.
- Customer Portal – part of the Website available after signing up.
- Customer Account / Admin Panel – Customer’s dedicated account in the Portal, secured by login and password.
- User Account / User Panel – account assigned to Customer’s Admin Panel, created for employees or other authorized persons.
- User – an individual authorized by Customer to use the Customer Portal and/or the Platform.
- Platform – Timerise’s proprietary booking system and API, which can be integrated into the Customer’s website, used by End-Users for making bookings and by the Customer via the Admin Panel.
- Customer’s Website – a website operated by the Customer and integrated with the Platform.
- Service – Timerise services enabling access to the Platform, Documentation, and Customer Portal.
- Subscription / Subscription Contract – agreement incorporating these Platform T&C, concluded upon the Customer’s selection of a Subscription Plan in the Customer Account.
- Timerise Documentation – official technical documentation describing the Platform, its features, integration methods, and requirements, available at https://docs.timerise.io.
- Server – infrastructure used by Timerise to host and deliver the Platform.
- End-User – the Customer’s client who makes a booking via the Platform.
- Booking – a reservation made by an End-User via the Platform integrated with the Customer’s website.
- Unlawful Material – content or data that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful.
- Error – a reproducible defect causing Platform malfunction despite proper use in accordance with the Documentation.
2. Services and Disclaimer
The Platform allows End-Users to make online bookings directly on the Customer’s website. Timerise does not charge per user or per booking. There are no commission fees or functionality limits within any plan.
Service availability and features depend on the selected Subscription Plan only after you exceed the free 5-booking testing allowance.
The Platform, Customer Portal, and Documentation are provided “AS IS”. Timerise disclaims all warranties, express or implied, except as required by law or expressly stated in these T&C. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Technical requirements: a device with an up-to-date operating system, a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox), stable Internet connection, and an active email address.
3. Customer Portal and Account Security
- Creating a Customer Account is required to use the Platform. You must provide accurate and truthful information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring access security.
- You may invite Users by creating User Accounts. Each User must be over 18, accept these Platform T&C, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement.
- You are responsible for all actions of Users authorized under your Account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately inform Timerise and change passwords.
4. Free Sign-Up and Test Access
Signing up is free of charge. There is no time trial, no credit card required, and you receive full access to all Platform features, including API integration, design customization, and booking management.
Upon registration, you can perform up to 5 (five) test bookings to evaluate the Platform’s operation and integration quality. After the fifth booking, the ability to create new bookings will be suspended until you select a paid Subscription Plan.
5. Subscriptions and Payments

Enterprise Plan
From $499/month
- Includes all Company features plus:
- Unlimited projects and multi-project organizations
- Full white-label setup (branding, domains, templates)
- 24/7 bug-fixing support and implementation assistance
- Feature priority and early access
- Custom email and SMS providers
- Data access and extended analytics
Payments and Invoicing
- Prices are exclusive of VAT, added per applicable law.
- Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Electronic invoices are issued at the end of each billing period.
Term, Renewal, and Cancellation
- Monthly plans – cancellable with 7 days’ notice.
- Annual plans – renewed automatically unless cancelled 7 days before.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing frequency at any time.
6. Technical Support
Timerise provides technical support for Errors and issues related to the Platform.

Response times (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 CET):
- Severity 1 – Critical: Response within 24h, target resolution 24h.
- Severity 2 – Significant: Response within 48h, target resolution 5 business days.
7. Customer and User Obligations
You and your Users agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or defame others
- Post or distribute unlawful, obscene, or infringing content
- Spread viruses or malicious code
- Attack, probe, or disrupt our servers or other systems
- Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools to access the Platform
8. Intellectual Property
Timerise grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable worldwide license to access and use the Platform during the Subscription term. No rights to source or object code are transferred.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription if Timerise materially breaches these T&C or if you do not accept significant amendments to the terms.
10. Liability
Timerise excludes liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Timerise’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid during the 6 months preceding the incident.
11. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to hello@timerise.ai. Timerise will respond within 30 days.
12. Personal Data
Both Parties must comply with GDPR. Timerise’s processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
13. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Wrocław, Poland.
