This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules that apply to all users, customers, and partners ("You") accessing or using Timerise services, APIs, SDKs, and white-label products operated by Timerise Sp. z o.o. ("Timerise", "We", "Us"). Using our Services constitutes acceptance of this AUP.
1. Permitted Use
You may use the Timerise platform to:
- Create, manage, and publish booking pages for legitimate business activities.
- Integrate the Timerise API or MCP server into your own products and services, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
- Build white-label booking solutions for your end customers.
- Automate booking workflows using AI agents via supported protocols.
- Access and export your own data for analysis or migration.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our Services to:
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities
- Facilitate bookings for activities that are illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to unlicensed financial services, controlled substances, weapons, or adult content without proper age verification.
- Collect, process, or store personal data in violation of GDPR or applicable privacy law.
- Engage in fraud, identity theft, or misrepresentation of your identity or business.
- Accept payments for services you have no intention of providing.
2.2 Platform Abuse
- Create fake, test, or ghost bookings on third-party services without authorization from the service provider.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or AI agents to scrape data from Timerise or from booking pages of other operators without explicit permission.
- Send excessive API requests that degrade service performance for other users (rate limits apply and are enforced).
- Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limiting, or access controls.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or business logic from our Services.
2.3 Misuse of AI and Automation Features
- Use the Timerise MCP server or API to autonomously create bookings without appropriate disclosure to the end customer that an AI agent is acting on their behalf.
- Build or operate booking automation that generates spam, unsolicited reservations, or conflicts in calendars of third parties.
- Train machine learning models on Timerise service output without a written data licensing agreement.
2.4 Harmful Content
- Publish booking pages containing misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing content.
- Use service names, descriptions, or tags to manipulate search results or impersonate another business.
- Include malicious code, links to malware, or phishing content in any booking page or notification.
3. Operator Responsibility
If You use Timerise to provide a booking service to your own end customers, You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your end customers comply with this AUP and your own terms of service.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date service descriptions, availability, and pricing.
- Obtaining all necessary consents before processing personal data of your end customers through the Timerise platform.
- Promptly honoring or refunding bookings you are unable to fulfill.
4. Data Integrity
You must not submit false, misleading, or synthetic data to the Timerise platform in ways that affect other users or degrade the quality of the service. This includes fabricated reviews, artificial booking history, or manipulated availability data.
5. Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your API keys, access tokens, and account credentials secure.
- Reporting any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately.
- Not sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties.
If You discover a security vulnerability in our platform, please report it responsibly to hello@timerise.ai before public disclosure.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If a violation is confirmed, We may take any of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning and require corrective action.
- Temporarily suspend access to affected features or services.
- Permanently terminate the account without refund.
- Refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Seek damages as permitted by applicable law.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify You of a violation before taking action, except where immediate action is required to protect the platform, other users, or third parties.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our Website at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
