SimplyBook.me covers a lot out of the box: many industries, dozens of custom features, payments with no extra fee and live support on every plan. If it covers how you work, stay with it. This page is for the moment its limits start to cost you.

When SimplyBook.me is the right choice. For many small and medium businesses SimplyBook.me is the better choice. Stay with it when:
- Your bookings fit its plans: up to 2,000 a month and 30 providers on Premium.
- Its custom features cover what you need, from calendar sync to a client app.
- You want live support and a ready setup more than control of the code.
- Your industry is one it serves out of the box: beauty, fitness, education, medical, rentals.

Signs you have outgrown SimplyBook.me:
- You plan around booking caps: Premium allows 2,000 bookings a month. Above that you buy packs of 100 or move to Enterprise, priced after a call.
- Features cost extra one by one: Your own domain is an add-on, SMS and WhatsApp come in credits, and lower plans cap how many custom features you can switch on.
- Your brand is not fully yours: Premium removes the branding in the page footer. Full white label is on Enterprise only.
- Your systems do not talk to it: Its integrations list shows no native ERP or CRM connector, and Zapier works one way: SimplyBook.me sends data out but does not receive it.
- Your rules have no setting: Bookings depend on logic no setting covers: equipment, approvals, prices that change with demand, a process in several steps.
- You run several locations: Access across several locations is listed only on the Enterprise plan.

SimplyBook.me or a system you own:
- Limits: SimplyBook.me: Up to 2,000 bookings a month and 30 providers on Premium. Your own system: No caps on bookings, staff or locations.
- Price: SimplyBook.me: A plan every month, plus add-ons: your domain, SMS credits, booking packs. Your own system: One fixed price for the build, then hosting billed by usage.
- Integrations: SimplyBook.me: Custom features and a one-way Zapier connector. Your own system: Direct connections to your ERP, CRM and invoicing, in both directions.
- Brand: SimplyBook.me: Full white label only on Enterprise. Your own domain is an add-on. Your own system: Your domain and your design from the first day.

Cost:
SimplyBook.me costs €11.90 to €49.90 a month on a yearly plan, for 100 to 2,000 bookings a month. SMS credits, extra booking packs and your own domain come on top. Premium with a domain and some SMS credits can stay under €1,000 a year. A system we build costs $15,000 to $50,000, paid once.
So price alone is rarely a reason to leave SimplyBook.me. If cost is your only problem, stay. Your own system pays off when the tool holds the business back: work done by hand around it, caps you plan around, or rules it cannot express.
After the build there is no subscription and no commission on bookings. Hosting is billed by usage, and three years of support come with the project.

Moving off SimplyBook.me. SimplyBook.me has an API that reads bookings, clients and services, so your history comes with you. We move it before the switch, so nothing is lost and nobody has to book again.
1. Open access: You switch on the API custom feature in SimplyBook.me. We tell you exactly what to enable.
2. Map: We match services, providers, clients and upcoming bookings to the new system.
3. Run side by side: The new system runs on your data while SimplyBook.me still takes bookings, so you test with no risk.
4. Switch: We import the last changes and point your booking links to the new pages. Then you cancel SimplyBook.me.

FAQ:
- Q: Is SimplyBook.me a bad tool?
A: No. It covers many industries out of the box, and for most small businesses it is the right choice. We build systems for businesses that have outgrown it.
- Q: Does SimplyBook.me take a commission?
A: No. It says it charges no extra transaction fees on bookings or payments. Neither do we: a system we build has no commission on bookings.
- Q: Can you keep our SimplyBook.me history?
A: Yes. We read bookings and clients through its API and import them, so the new system starts with your full history.
- Q: Where will our data be?
A: SimplyBook.me stores EU data in the EU but says it may be transferred outside. A system we build runs in the region you choose, in your cloud or ours.
- Q: How long does the move take?
A: The build takes two to three weeks. Kickoff to production is six to eight weeks, migration included. SimplyBook.me keeps taking bookings until the switch.
